The opinion-exchange meeting was held at Chapai Food Club in the town.<\/p>\n
Central executive committee member of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and former
\nmayor of Chapainawabganj municipality Nazrul Islam, the district Ameer of
\nJamaat Abu Jar Gifari, district nayeb-e-ameer and former lawmaker Latifur
\nRahman, district secretary Abu Bakar Siddique, district assistant secretary
\nand former upazila chairman Mokhleshur Rahman and other Jamaat leaders were
\npresent, among others.<\/p>\n
Bulbul termed the assassination of the Awami League government on August 05
\nas a mass revolution and said that the prime credit for this success goes to
\nthe students.<\/p>\n
He asked the countrymen to remain calm and resist all miscreants irrespective
\nof party or race so that they cannot create anarchy or harm the minority
\ngroups.<\/p>\n
He also mentioned what Jamaat and its activists did for those who sacrificed
\ntheir lives and were injured during the anti-discrimination movement.<\/p>\n
He expressed his optimism that the present interim government would
\nsuccessfully reform the state.<\/p>\n
Bulbul again asked all to work unitedly to face the present terrible flood
