The meeting was held at the Planning Commission in Agargaon on Sunday (April 5). The meeting discussed in detail the postponement of Bangladesh&#8217;s LDC (Least Developed Country) graduation deadline and addressing the next challenges and ensuring sustainable development.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Commerce Minister Khandaker Abdul Muktadir said Bangladesh wants to complete LDC graduation through a planned and phased transition so that the country&#8217;s economy, trade and industry do not face any risks. He also mentioned that continuous support from development partners is very important in this regard. UN Under-Secretary-General Rabab Fatima praised Bangladesh&#8217;s development progress.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">He said the UN will continue to provide necessary assistance to Bangladesh to delay LDC graduation and ensure sustainable and inclusive development.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce Mahbubur Rahman and Secretary of the Economic Relations Division Md.
