\nIGP at the conference.\u00a0Atiqul Islam highlighted the overall crime situation of April-June 2023 and July-September 2023 quarters such as robbery, murder, rape, women and child abuse etc.<\/span>
\nAdditional IGP Md.\u00a0Kamrul Ahsan and the head of the special branch.\u00a0Monirul Islam addressed the conference and gave directions on various issues.<\/span>
\nAdditional IGP, heads of various police units, all Metropolitan Police Commissioners, Range DIGs and District Superintendents of Police participated in the conference.<\/span>
\nReferring to the law and order situation during the upcoming Durga Puja, the IGP said, ‘Policemen should be alert so that Durga Puja can be celebrated in a festive mood.\u00a0We must also take necessary measures so that no one creates rumors and does not deteriorate the law and order situation.’\u00a0Mamun ordered the police officers to carry out their duties by maintaining good relations and coordination with all agencies at the field level.\u00a0Reiterating the commitment to make the police station the main place of trust of the police, he said that work should be done to make the police station the main institution for providing police services.\u00a0The IGP also said that the policemen should perform their duty with sincerity and dedication so that the people coming to the police station can get more service than they expect.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
