Awami League (AL) Joint General Secretary AFM Bahauddin Nasim today called for eliminating communal forces from society to build a developed and prosperous Bangladesh.<\/p>\n
“We want a peaceful and prosperous Bangladesh. For this, we will have to be united against those who want to destroy the country’s democratic practice and continuation,” he said.<\/p>\n
Nasim said this while inaugurating “South Point City Gymnasium” in the capital’s Motijheel area.<\/p>\n
He said the government is working for building a discrimination free nation under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.<\/p>\n
Appreciating the initiative of building a gymnasium, he said such gymnasiums will play an important role to prevent drug abuse among teenagers.<\/p>\n
