Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Qazi Habibul Awal<br \/>\nchaired the meeting.<br \/>\n&#8220;The polls of the three upazilas have been postponed as the law-enforcement<br \/>\nagencies are now being engaged in a joint drive in the areas.
