ET Desk: The 424th meeting of the Board of Directors of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC was held on Wednesday, April 30. The meeting, chaired by Board Chairman Khawaja Shahriar, reviewed the overall business situation of the bank and took policy decisions on various issues.
The meeting was attended by Board Directors Md. Shaheen Ul Islam, Md Abdul Wadud, Professor Dr. M Abu Yusuf, Mohammad Ashraful Hasan FCA, Managing Director (Acting) Md. Rafat Ullah Khan, Company Secretary of the bank (Acting) Mohammad Moniruzzaman FCA and concerned executives.
