ET Desk: Only if all the infrastructure of the state, including the country’s education, culture, social policy, economy, public administration, judiciary, and parliament, can be reorganized according to the provisions given by Allah, can it be possible to establish a prosperous new Bangladesh based on justice and fairness and achieve the welfare and liberation of the people this was stated by Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Central Executive Council member and Dhaka Metropolitan North Ameer Mohammad Selim Uddin.
He said this at a gathering of students and guardians at Kurmitola Housing Camp in the capital (Monday 20 Oct).
Selim Uddin said, “This beloved homeland of ours is a country of immense potential. Our Bangladesh is surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty and greenery. Therefore, it is very possible to turn this country into a country of tourism.”
Basically, the people of our country are very simple. They want to live together in peaceful coexistence with self-respect. But due to some dishonest people and a group of political ambitions, the peaceful environment of the country is being destroyed.
Although the majority of the country’s people live below the poverty line, their lives are very luxurious. Therefore, to free the nation from this vicious circle, a positive change is needed in the country. He called on everyone to remain united in the field to make the country free from corruption and bribery.
The event was attended as special guests by Dhaka-16 parliamentary candidate Colonel Abdul Baten (Rtd.) and Islamic International School and College Acting 0Principal Nasir Uddin. The event was presided over by eminent physician Professor Dr. Md. Khaybar Ali, Moderated by Md. Zubair Hossain Rajan.
