Selim Uddin said, “The holy month of Ramadan is the month of mercy, forgiveness and salvation. It is through the goodness of this month that restraint, discipline, patience, harmony and love increase among people. A noble and beautiful environment is created. A bond of friendship is created between people. People become more Allah-oriented and humble than at other times. Basically, through the blessings of the month of Ramadan, Allah Almighty creates these good qualities in people and moves us forward on the path of goodness.”
Therefore, we all need to properly fulfill the rights of Ramadan and achieve welfare in this life and salvation in the hereafter. He called on everyone to unite in building a society based on piety by embodying the nature of the month of Ramadan in real life. He called on everyone, regardless of party affiliation, to work together to turn the country into an Islamic welfare state.
