She paid the courtesy call on the Prime Minister at her official Ganabhaban residence here this afternoon.
“A discussion on the next general election was held between the two leaders during the meeting,” PM’s Deputy Press Secretary KM Shakhawat Moon told a media briefing.
The Prime Minister reiterated her commitment that the 12th parliamentary election will be free and fair and the people of the country will spontaneously take part in the election by exercising their voting rights, he said.
