Staff Correspondent: A discussion meeting regarding various matters of mutual interest, including TRP services, was held between Bangladesh Television (BTV) and Bangladesh Satellite Company Limited (BSCL) at the BSCL head office on Monday, September 28.

At the meeting, Dr. Imadur Rahman, Managing Director and CEO of BSCL, welcomed BTV Director General Kazi Jesin with flowers. The discussion covered the presentation and operations of the TRP service, the demand for the service, and other related matters.

At the meeting, Dr. Imadur Rahman, Managing Director and CEO of BSCL, stated that there is significant scope to further enhance and expand the existing cooperation between BTV and BSCL. He noted that achieving better results is possible through mutual collaboration across various activities in the broadcasting sector, including TRP services.

BTV Director General Kazi Jesin stated that strengthening the collaboration between BTV and BSCL would lead to improved broadcasting service quality and open up new possibilities. Through mutual discussion and coordination, we can play a more effective role in this sector. During the meeting, various proposals and opinions were presented with the aim of making relevant activities more effective and timely. Additionally, a constructive exchange of views took place regarding future action plans, enhancing mutual cooperation, and potential initiatives for the development of broadcasting services.

Officials at various levels were present on the occasion, including BSCL General Manager (Administration and Procurement) Md. Golam Sarowar, General Manager (Sales and Marketing) Shah Ahmedul Kabir, Deputy General Manager Bakhtiar Ahmed, and Assistant General Manager S. M. Anwarul Aziz.
