I will not let Bangladesh become Palestine with one drop of blood – Whip Swapan

Desk Report: Whip of Jatiya Sangsad and Organizing Secretary of Bangladesh Awami League Abu Saeed Al Mahmud Swapan said in a meeting organized on the occasion of Joypurhat District Students Day-2023 held at Shaheed Titu Auditorium in Bogra on Saturday morning, in response to a question from a student, that there is a deep conspiracy against the economically emerging country of Bangladesh, home to the second largest Muslim population in the world.

Many countries of the world do not see this progress of Bangladesh under the visionary leadership of a fearless, determined, strong leader. According to the philosophy of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu, we are pursuing a foreign policy of friendship with all and not enmity with anyone. But as an emerging economy and for geo-strategic reasons, we are under pressure to join various sensitive alliances.

Which may pose a threat to our absolute sovereignty in the future. Like the Palestinians, there is a danger of becoming a diaspora in their homeland.
There is extreme danger of transformation into unstable and dependent countries like Iraq and Afghanistan.
We will not allow Bangladesh to become Palestine with a single drop of blood on the chest of Bangabandhu’s soldiers.

He said, supporters of genocide against Palestinians, supporters of some countries, failed in the movement in Bangladesh, an unpatriotic group is making a deep conspiracy to establish an unconstitutional government, putting the country in danger. Bengal’s liberation masses will not allow any plot to make Bangladesh a colony of Westerners by establishing a puppet government with the help of foreigners to become an increasingly weak state.
He said, the way to establish a puppet government has been blocked through the fifteenth amendment of our constitution. Article 7A of the Constitution states that any person who, by force or use of force or by any other unconstitutional means, abrogates, abrogates or abrogates or suspends the Constitution or any of its articles or undertakes or conspires to do so shall be punished with maximum punishment.
The entire Article 7 of the Constitution is full of fundamental clauses and these clauses cannot be repealed by any Parliament at a later date by amending the Constitution. Even if this article is forcibly repealed by making a rubber stamp parliament, it will be invalidated if it goes to court. In order for any foreign conspiracy or ahi to change the elected political government in Bangladesh in an unconstitutional manner, there must be some organized powerful group in the country who will use force and some individuals will have to take that initiative.
Even running a puppet government would require some individuals. No one in this Bengal will come forward to install or run a puppet government to risk death by legal process. So election is the only legitimate process of change of government. I humbly request those who are daydreaming of receiving foreign aid to participate in the elections without waiting for these illusory desires. I request the foreigners who are suffering from these delusions, order your slaves to come to the polls.
This land is not Palestine, Iraq, Syria, Somalia. This land is the blood of 3 million people, Bangladesh.
Hossain presided over this program organized by Joypurhat Students Association, Bogra-JESAB. Bogra District Awami League General Secretary Ragibul Hasan Ripu MP, Gabtali Upazila Chairman Rafi Newaz Khan Robin, Kalai Upazila Chairman Minfuzur Rahman Milan, Akkelpur Municipality Mayor Shahidul Alam Chowdhury, Akkelpur Upazila Awami League President Principal Mokched Ali, Kshetlal Upazila Chairman Mostakim Mandal, Masudur Rahman Rana, Maushik Ahmed Pritam, Salim Reza etc.
In the event, several students of Joypurhat district studying in Bogra asked Whip Swapan various questions about the development of the district, civic advantages and disadvantages, job resources. He answered the questions and promised to take the suggestions of the students and act on them.
After the discussion, Rezawanul Islam Rokon was elected as the president and Nahid Hasan Nishan as the general secretary, and the new committee of Jessab was formed.
