Pirganj (Thakurgaon) Correspondent: Eid gifts have been distributed among hundreds of helpless, destitute and low income people in Pirganj of Thakurgaon. These Eid items were distributed in the Pirganj Press Club Hallroom on Wednesday afternoon by the initiative of Sristy Human Rights Society, a human rights organization. At this time Sristy Human Rights Society Vice Chairman Shahadat Hossain Munna, Pirganj Press Club President Joynal Abedin Babul, Vice President Kazi Nurul Islam, General Secretary Nasrete Khoda Rana, Joint Secretary Dulal Sarkar, Bishnupada Roy, Treasurer Bulbul Ahmed, Journalist Mansoor Ali, Badal Hossain, Faidul Islam, Abu Tarek Bandhan were present. Shahadat Hossain Munna, vice chairman of Sristy Human Rights Society, said that Srishti Human Rights Society works to protect human rights.Apart from doing this, food items are being distributed as Eid gifts to the needy people across the country this Eid. He also said that this activity will be continued on a larger scale in the future. The needy people expressed their happiness and satisfaction after receiving food items like rice, oil, dal, semai, sugar, powdered milk as Eid items. Muyuri Bibi of Ricemill area said that many people were in need and feel very happy about this relief.
