Awami League (AL) Joint General Secretary Mahbub ul Alam Hanif has posed a question why BNP holds meetings in embassies before staging any rally.”Those who have a dream to stage another 1/1 like incident in Bangladesh are playing a game. BNP talks about humanity and democracy in the country. But whenever it arranges a rally, it holds meetings with foreign ambassadors a day before the event,” he said.He added: “Why does BNP hold meetings with envoys? They want to play a game with the help of foreigners. But people will not let them to do so.”The AL leader said these while addressing a peace rally organised by Awami Jubo League, Bangladesh Chhatra League and Awami Swechchhasebak League at the south gate of the Baitul Mukarram National Mosque as the special guest.He said leaders and workers of Bangladesh Chhatra League, Jubo League and Swechchhasebak League who fought against the misrule of BNP-Jamaat regime, would have to be ready to resist the evil forces.The AL joint general secretary said that a new conspiracy is being hatched as general election is approaching.”Conspiracies are being hatched to destroy the country’s peace and progress,” he said.The Peace rally of three organisations of Awami League started at south gate of Baitul Mukarram National Mosque with Quran recitation, followed by cultural programme at 3:30 pm.Central leaders of Bangladesh Chhatra League, Jubo League and Swechchhasebak League joined the rally
