In line with this principle, the leaders called upon Dr Muhammad Yunus to pay quickly the just dues of the poor workers of Bangladesh which a huge amount of money remaining unpaid for long time, the release added.
Because it is much more moral to pay off the debts of poor workers quickly than showing insolence or spending hundreds of crores of taka to publish a huge advertisement in famous foreign newspapers, they added.
One of the most prominent people in Bangladesh, Professor Dr Muhammad Yunus is accused of depriving the state of huge amounts of revenue and not paying hundreds of crores of Taka to workers in his organization, they said, adding that the legal proceedings of these two charges are still in court.
When the cases are pending in the court, it is inappropriate for famous personalities from home and abroad to give statements against it, they continued.
The leaders believed that if the noted personalities did a little research on these facts including ‘for what reason and who filed these cases’, then they would not have given such a statement in a public relations agency management.
