Europe is stifling freedom of expression by banning pro-Palestinian rallies: Information Minister

Information Minister Hasan questioned that those who speak about freedom of expression, do they have any moral right to speak about freedom of expression after their freedom of expression is being suppressed in this way.
He said that anyone can speak against anything, that is freedom of expression. But they have stifled freedom of expression by shutting down the right to speak for Palestinians.
Hasan Mahmud said about the Hamas-Israel war, Bangladesh is always against war and killing, whether it is in Israel or Palestine. But after the attack by Hamas, Israel has taken the common people of Palestine hostage, taken 1.1 million people hostage in the entire Gaza Strip, cut off all supplies of food, water, fuel, which is a war crime and they are committing a crime against humanity.

Earlier, the Information Minister enjoyed the final match of the U-16 football competition and handed over prizes to the winners. Gendaria team won the competition after defeating Mohammadpur team. After awarding the prizes, members of Sheikh Russell National Children’s Council performed a cultural program titled ‘Concert for Peace and Justice’.
