Foreign Minister Dr. A. K. Abdul Momen urged the Thai government to invest in the healthcare sector and establish specialized hospitals in Bangladesh.
He is the Minister of Public Health of Thailand in Bangkok today. Chalnan made this call in the bilateral meeting held with Srikao.
Dr. Momen arrived in Thailand this morning on a two-day official visit. In the meeting, the ministers discussed in detail various issues related to the interests of the two countries, especially health care issues. Dr. in the meeting. He praised Thailand’s health system and the Thai government’s handling of the Covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, the Foreign Minister of Bangladesh invited the Thai Minister of Public Health to visit Bangladesh.
Ambassador of Bangladesh to Thailand Md. Abdul Hai, Director of the Office of the Foreign Minister of Thailand Prabas Lamarang, Counselor of the Embassy Nirjhar Adhikari were present in the meeting.
