President of India Draupadi Murmu congratulated President of Bangladesh Mohammad Sahabuddin on his successful medical surgery and wished him good health and success.
“I have been informed about your recent medical surgery and am glad to know that you are recovering well after the surgery,” read a message from the President of India to the President of Bangladesh.
In the message, he said, on behalf of the Government and people of India, I congratulate you on this occasion. I wish you continued good health and improved performance in the coming days.
Wishing Shahabuddin good health and success in his future endeavours, the President in India wrote, ‘Your Excellency please accept my assurances of the highest importance’.
President Mohammad Sahabuddin underwent cardiac bypass surgery at the National University Hospital in Singapore on Wednesday. The surgery was successful under the supervision of renowned cardiac surgeon Professor Kofidis Theodoros.
