ET Desk Report:  Ukraine has lost more than 3 Lacs  army officers and soldiers in the two years of ongoing war with Russia. This information was given by the former adviser of the country’s President Vladimir Zelensky, Alexey Arestovich, in an interview given to the Russian media RT News on Friday (November 30). Criticizing the US-led military alliance NATO’s reluctance to give membership to Ukraine, Arestovich said, ‘Where is NATO? Will they accept us at all?

More than 3 Lacs of our army officers and men have died in the last two years of war. After how many losses will we get (NATO) membership?’ Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the start of a military operation in Ukraine on February 24, 2022, accusing the Crimean Peninsula of not recognizing it as Russian territory and pushing for membership in the US-led military alliance NATO, even after 6 years have passed since the signing of the Minsk Agreement.
