Constable recruitment process in the district will start on February 20, two days earlier than the earlier announced February 22 this year. Superintendent of Police Zakir Hasan confirmed the information on Wednesday evening.
He said that the date of the first stage of the appointment process for the post of Trainee Recruit Constable i.e. Physical Measurement, Document Verification and Physical Endurance Test has been changed from Police Headquarters. The new date for the said selection has been fixed on 20th February. However, written test, psychological test and oral test will be held on March 16 and March 23 respectively.
Regarding the recruitment, the Superintendent of Police said that recruitment to the post of police constable will be done transparently on the basis of full merit and qualification. Don’t be cheated in any kind of financial transaction with anyone. Anyone involved in any kind of financial transaction will be arrested and the appointment will be cancelled.
