Dr. Laisa Ahmed Lisa, a distinguished Rabindra Sangeet artist and professor at Jagannath University, has been honored with the Rabindra Puroshkar 2024 by the Bangla Academy. She is the Professor and Chairman of the department of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology at Jagannath University. She is also the General Secretary of Chhayanaut and serves as the Vice-President of the National Rabindra Sangeet Conference Central Committee.Jagannath University’s honorable Vice-Chancellor Professor Sadeka Halim (Ph.D.) extends heartfelt congratulations and best wishes on behalf of herself and the Jagannath University family to Dr. Laisa Ahmed Lisa. Dr. Laisa Ahmed Lisa expressed her joy at receiving the award, stating, “Receiving this award from the Bangla Academy brings immense joy.
