Staff Reporter: Secretary of the Ministry of Land. Md. Mostafizur Rahman PAA has been transferred to the Public Security division of the Ministry of Home Affairs. The Ministry of Public Administration has issued a notification in this regard on Thursday (March 23).

It has also been informed that this order will be effective from 31st of this month. Public Security Department Senior Secretary Aminul Islam Khan will go on post-retirement leave on March 31.
Md. Mostafizur Rahman, tenth batch officer of BCS administration cadre, was the Divisional Commissioner of Dhaka from January 13 to December 23, 2020. Prior to this he served as Divisional Commissioner of Sylhet and Deputy Commissioner of Jessore with great integrity and efficiency.
Public administration awardee Md. Mostafizur Rahman PAA has played a leading role in the field administration as well as at various levels of the central administration, especially in the construction of Digital Bangladesh.
The director and project director of Access to Information Program (A2I) was Md. Mostafizur Rahman PAA. Due to his efforts various activities of land office have been digitized.
