ET Desk: Md. Nazrul Islam Sarkar recently joined the Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) as Secretary. On behalf of the Commission, he was welcomed and felicitated by the Commission’s Chairman Jalal Ahmed, Member (Finance, Administration and Law) Md. Abdur Razzak, Member (Gas) Md. Mizanur Rahman, Member (Petroleum) Dr. Syeda Sultana Razia, Member (Electricity) Brigadier General (Retd.) Mohammad Shahid Sarwar. It is worth noting that before joining the Energy Regulatory Commission, Md. Nazrul Islam Sarkar was working as Joint Secretary in the Cabinet Division.
