ET Desk:A discussion meeting in memory of the July martyrs was organized at the Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission office on Monday, August 4, to mark the July commemoration. Jalal Ahmed, Chairman of the Commission, was present as the chief guest at the meeting. Md. Abdur Razzak, Member of the Commission, presided over the meeting.
Commission member Dr. Syeda Sultana Razia, Director (Petroleum) Dr. Md. Didarul Alam, Deputy Director (Administration) Hasan Mohammad Shoaib, Assistant Director (Petroleum) Md. Rezaul Haque, Office Assistant Syed Harunur Rashid participated in the discussion.
The meeting was moderated by Commission Secretary Md. Nazrul Islam Sarkar. Commission members Md. Mizanur Rahman and Brig. Gen. Mohammad Shahid Sarwar (retd.) and all officers and employees of the Commission participated in the meeting.
The meeting paid deep respect to the martyrs of the July Movement and prayed for the forgiveness of their souls. In addition, the recovery of all the injured was wished.
