Information and Broadcasting Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud today said invincible willpower and steady efforts are the greatest tools for winning the battle of life.
“Life is a battlefield. Poor willpower is the main barrier to win the race. So, invincible willpower and steady efforts are needed to win the battle of life,” he said.The minister was addressing the closing ceremony of ‘A level’ at the main branch of Scholastica School in city’s Mirpur.
Congratulating the students, Hasan urged them to continue their fight to achieve successes in life. “Every student should put efforts with new vigor and zeal if he/she cannot make good result in any exam . . . don’t be upset. Make a vow -I must conquer the world, I must do it and I will succeed. Only then you can reach the desired goal,” he added.
The minister highlighted the struggling life of successful people before the students.
Hasan, also Awami League joint general secretary, urged the students to show respect to their parents and teachers who are keeping role on the path of their success.Principal of senior section of Mirpur Branch Nurun Nahar Majumder and Head of Academic Affairs Sabina Mustafa, among others, addressed the function.Later, the minister handed over certificates among the students.
