Expatriate Bangladeshis sent around US$2.542
billion remittance during the month of June, which is highest in the past 47
months.
According to Bangladesh Bank (BB) data, Bangladesh received US$23.92 billion
in inward remittance in the recently concluded fiscal year 2023-24 (FY24),
with US$2.542 billion coming in June.
Besides, the country witnessed the highest remittance inflow in FY24 in the
last three years.
