Staff Reporter: Bangladesh Civil Rights Society-BCRS Chairman Zakir Hossain and Executive Director Sheikh Mohammad Tajul Islam gave a statement welcoming the government formed under the leadership of Nobel-winning economist Professor Dr.Muhammad Yunus. The chairman and executive director of the organization gave this congratulatory message in a statement on Saturday (August 10). Organization leaders said in the statement that Bangladesh civil rights society welcomes the formation of an interim government under the leadership of Muhammad Yunus. The organization believes that the achievement of the current anti-discrimination student movement, the interim government will work independently for the welfare of the country and people without being under any political umbrella. This organization is ready to provide all-round cooperation to build a country where no one can wipe out democracy in the country. They also said all the leaders and workers of the organization will cooperate to protect the independence and sovereignty of Bangladesh. Bangladesh’s independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity and will help to accelerate the path of development freely chosen by the people of the country. The leaders and workers of the organization will firmly stick to the principle of friendship with the students of Bangladesh. The leaders said that no one should create chaos in the country and spread false information to the people. All the leaders and workers of the organization will be vocal about it without any doubt.
