Students of Rajshahi University (RU) formed a human chain with condemnation against the killing at border by BSF and heinous unlawful comment of Indian Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday.

Students started procession at 12:30pm from in front of Shiraji building to Paris with various slogans like Stop Border Killing, Where has humanity gone, Felani to Swarna where’s the end? Watch out India.

Meanwhile, students stand with various placards including “Stop Border killings”, “We want justice internationally for Shorna and joyonto killing”, “India is the enemy of our unborn child as well”, What will be the trial of the murder of Felani to shorna”, “ How many period Bangladesh will sleep from Felani to joyonto”.

Several hundred students of Political Science Department and teachers were in the human chain.

Prof. Farid Uddin Khan, Department of Economics, said that Bangladesh will not tolerate these border killing. The situation has been changed. We are no more under the oppression of India. Government already given an official statement, but this statement is not enough. We should protest more vibrant way.

Mentionable, On September 1 Swarna Rani killed by BSF at border. And following on September 9 another Bangladeshi Sree Joyonto killed at border. On basis of these incident Indian Defence Minister Rajnath Singh ordered to keep an eye on the ongoing situation in Bangladesh.
