ET Desk: AB Bank has provided a financial donation of Tk 2 Crores to Hon’ble Chief Adviser’s Relief and Welfare Fund under its Social Responsibility Program in support of the victims of flash floods in various districts of the country.
The donation was collected with the help of the founder chairman, directors and shareholders of the bank, where all the officers and employees of AB Bank and its subsidiaries participated with their one day’s salary.
Syed Mizanur Rahman, Additional Managing Director of AB Bank, handed over the donation check to Farooq E. Azam, Bir Pratik, Advisor of Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief.
Shawkat Aziz, Chief Business Officer of the bank was present at the time.
