If Hasina and A’ League are not prosecuted, the government must be held accountable-Mamunul

ET Desk: Commenting that Bangladesh will fail if the August Revolution fails, Maulana Mamunul Haque, Secretary General of Bangladesh Khilafat Majlis and Joint Secretary General of Hefazat Islam Bangladesh, said, “We must stand against the conspiracy of dictatorial mafia Hasina.” It should be remembered that Bangladesh will fail if the August Revolution fails.

He said this while addressing the mass meeting of Khilafat Majlis at Choumuhani Railway Square in Noakhali on Saturday (October 26) at noon.

At that time, Mamunul Haque said, “Save the country first, maintain the stability of the country.” All political parties must unite to face the anti-national conspiracy.

Hafez Maulana Md. Mosleuddin presided over the mass meeting, senior Naib Amir Maulana Yusuf Ashraf of Khilafat Majlis, Central Naib Amir Khurshid Alam Kashemi, Joint Secretary General Tofazzal Hussain Miyazi, Maulana Habibur Rahman and others addressed the mass meeting.
Mamunul Haque said, ‘Conspiracy is going on everywhere. So the people of the country should be united. Now there can be no mutual dispute and competition between us.
Pointing to the interim government, he said, ‘Don’t dream of staying in power all your life. Announce roadmap for important reforms in the state. If Hasina and Awami League are not prosecuted, the interim government will have to be held accountable.
