Jagannath University Career Club (JnUCC) organized an ‘Orientation’ program for new members of Leadership Development Program (LDP) 2024 on Saturday at Shaheed Sajid Academic Bhaban.

Alumnus of the club were present as guests. The present alumnus reminisced about their experiences at the club. Besides, they discussed the corporate sector, banking sector and civil sector and shared their experience and gave different career advice to the new members of the club.

The club President Shafkatu Azam said, “Besides academic studies, to keep students one step ahead, JnUCC was established. LDP is a member recruitment program of the club. Where fresh students are supervised to develop themselves as future leaders through various curriculum and skill training step by step over a period of year.”

However, the Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a membership recruitment program of Jagannath University Career Club. Ninety people have been recruited into the program this year as the club’s special membership management trainees after screening at various stages from numerous applicants. Recruits under the LDP program are given step-by-step training in various skills over a period of one year so that they can develop themselves as qualified candidates in the competitive job market of the 21st century.
