ET Desk: The Alumni Association of Kutubjum Jameus Sunnah Darul Ulum Dakhil Madrasah, a renowned traditional Islamic educational institution in Maheshkhali Upazila, has been formed a new committee for the next two years (2024-25). Herein, Maulana Selim Jahangir (Dakhil Batch: 1993) and Dr. Md. Tawhidul Islam (Dakhil Batch: 1996) was elected as the president and general secretary respectively.

On Sunday of 14th April at the Madrasah’s premises, The committee was comprised democratically at a meeting presided over by the madrasah’s managing committee president Alhaj Amir Hossain.

The executive 15-members of committee includes Vice-President: Md. Sohel Chowdhury, Vice-General Secretary: Advocate Rahim Ullah,
Organizing Secretary: Rashedul Islam, Vice-Organizing Secretary: Muhiuddin Muhammad Zubair,
Treasurer: Muhammad Faridul Alam, Vice-Treasurer: Hafiz Siraj Kamal, Office Secretary: Muhammad Imranul Haque, Co-Office Secretary: Arif Bin Saleh,
Publicity Secretary: Hafiz Abdur Rahim and Expatriate Students’ Affairs Secretary: Muhammad Salah Uddin.

Besides, Maulana Nazim Uddin, Abu Arif Naim and Abdul Ghafur also have been nominated as the executive members.

Tawhidul, general secretary of this new committee, expressed, It is an attempt to establish a bond between the Ex and current students of this Madrasah. And in order to enhance the relationships and interactions among the former students.
